How often should I get the office cleaned?
This will depend on the size of the office, number of employees, the type of business you operate, and your individual cleaning expectations. We can help tailor a cleaning package to meet your requirements. If you have 10+ employees or your business is open to the public then areas such as receptions, bathrooms, kitchens and rubbish removal generally need daily attention.
What types of cleaning products are used in our office?
Precise utilises non-hazardous cleaning products were ever possible. All the day to day chemicals are biodegradable and some are also green chemicals. If you or any of your employees have specific health concerns discuss this with us in advance.
Do we need to supply the equipment & consumables?
All the equipment such as vacuum, sweeping brushes, mops, mop buckets, clothes dusters etc. will be supplied by Precise. Consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap, air fresheners etc. are a cost that you the client most incur. However due to the volume in which we as a company buy many of these consumables, we can monitor, supply & deliver these consumables as required at a very competitive price, and simply add these to your monthly billing.
Will the cleaning affect my business?
No, definitely not. We work after hours, at night, and into the mornings.
Do I have to give you a key?
As most cleaning takes place after regular business hours it is the most convenient option. You should have your own key register which records who has keys for your premise. We generally sign all keys out, are staff then sign the keys out of our office and sign them back in when they are no longer required. Speak to a locksmith about getting registered keys that can not be copied without the consent of the registered company for extra security.
I have a security system. What happens with that?
All our staff are regularly trained in the use of the security systems that the need to use. Some security systems enable you to use a separate code which you only use for the cleaning staff. Voice codes are also available with some monitoring companies as a secondary identification and security control. Staff call the monitoring station upon arrival to confirm there identity.
What is Strip & Sealing?
A restoration process used to restore sealed vinyl floors to new. It involves stripping the existing sealer from the floor. Preparing the floor for new sealer and then applying three coats of sealer.
What if I’m unsure that you can deliver the service that we are after?
Precise Commercial Cleaners provides a months trial period at the start of all contracts, so that you can trial our services and we can ensure that we have quoted for exactly what you want. To give us a chance to fine tune the cleaning schedule before entering into a contract.
Am I locked into a contract?
All our customers enter into a yearly cleaning contract. However it is still purely performance based. We ask that you give us notice in writing of any issue, and allow us 21 days to resolve the issue. If this is not done, the contract can be ended. This way you are not stuck to a contractor that you’re not happy with.
Are you just another contractor who can’t deliver what we want?
With a trial period at the start of the contract and performance based contracts we are more than confident that we will perform to the standard that you are after. 8 out of 10 client always continue with Precise Commercial Cleaners after the trial period, as we deliver on our promise. We do the simple things right the first time. In some instances, clients requirements and there budgets don’t match and we lose them.
How can you guarantee your performance?
Our performance is dependant on your feedback and expectations. Unfortunately cleaners always get in trouble for the desk that got missed not the 100 that were perfect. So we both need to be realistic and work together to determine what are those things that just annoy you and which things you really don’t care about. Every client has different expectations and ideas of cleanliness. Work with us and we will deliver just as you want.
You are slightly more expensive than our current contractors. Why?
We allow the time to get the job done properly. Without wasting time, we think it’s important for the staff to be able to look up now and again to identify anything else that needs cleaning and to be able to walk around and spot clean marks on walls, doors, furniture etc. All Quotes can be tailored to suit your budget at the end of the day. 10 extra min. here or there can blow out in an annual cost quite quickly, so I think it’s more important to choose a company that you fell comfortable to work with a create a cleaning solution to fit both your requirements and budgets.
We want a really good service, but not sure if we can afford what we are after. What are your suggestions?
In this case we need to identify what can be done inhouse by your staff, and the real difficult cleaning tasks that we can handle.E.g. Have your staff spray & wipe their own desks and provide them with alcohol wipes for their phones. We can Provide spray & wipe for you as well as alcohol wipes. Organise a kitchen roster to keep the kitchen tidy and avoid coffee stains and spills. Have a policy that all desk bins are paper only and food and drink goes into kitchen bins only.
